After a long time, I’m finally back to writing. Life kept me busy — responsibilities, work, relationships, and the everyday chaos we all go through. Yet, somewhere in the back of my mind, blogger.com kept calling me. I always knew I’d make a comeback one day… and here I am!
So today, it’s our day — mine and my lovely readers’ day.
I haven’t given this blog a title yet — maybe you can help me choose one.
☕ A Cup of Coffee, Some Puffed Rice, and a Few Thoughts
As I sit with a cup of black coffee and a handful of puffed rice, I feel a wave of peace. Sometimes, it’s not about perfection — it’s about presence. And in that presence, I realized something simple yet powerful:
We care for everyone — our family, our career, our relationships — but in the process, we often forget to care for the most important person in our life… ourselves.

Please, do care for others — but make sure you care for yourself first.
It’s not selfishness. It’s self-care.
And self-care isn’t just about skincare or hitting the gym. It’s about taking care of your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being too. It’s about setting boundaries, saying no when you need to, and not letting anyone disturb your peace.
You Are Enough
Remember, you are the best version of yourself.
Let people judge — that’s their problem, not yours.
Take a sip of whatever you love — coffee, tea, or maybe life itself — and just chill. You deserve it.
